DDM Irrigation is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, including visitors who rely on assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing priority for us, not a one-time project, and we do not claim full or certified compliance with any specific standard.

What we've done

During the build of this site we worked toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a reference. Steps we've taken so far include:

• Semantic HTML with clear heading structure and landmark regions.
• Descriptive alt text on meaningful images and empty alt on decorative ones.
• Visible keyboard focus indicators on interactive elements.
• A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
• Color contrast checked against WCAG AA for body text and interactive elements.
• Form fields with associated labels and clear error messaging.
• Tap targets sized for touch use on mobile devices.
• Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" preference in animated sections.

Known limitations

Even with careful work, some issues may exist or appear as the site changes. If you encounter content that is difficult to use with a screen reader, keyboard, or other assistive technology, we'd like to hear about it.
