- Not required, but the water savings usually pay it back inside two seasons. If your old controller is fine and you just want app control, we can add a Wi-Fi module to some Rain Bird and Hunter models without replacing the whole unit.

- Both make a Wi-Fi controller we install regularly. We match the brand to the valves already in your yard when we can.
- Will it work if my Wi-Fi drops?
- Yes. The controller keeps the schedule locally and runs on its own without an internet connection. App control comes back when Wi-Fi comes back.
