You describe the symptom
Head not popping up. Zone won't shut off. Bill jumped. Wet spot in the middle of the yard. That's usually enough for us to know what parts to load on the truck.

We diagnose in the yard
Pressure check at the main, valve solenoid check with a multimeter, wire trace if the controller can't find a zone. Cheapest problem gets ruled out first.

Fix on the same visit when we can
Broken heads, cracked risers, torn nozzles, blown fuses in the controller, those are truck-stock fixes done the same visit. Buried valve replacements or a mainline break may take a second trip.

Retune the zones
Once the parts are working we walk the yard and re-aim heads that got knocked by mowers or edgers. Dry spots go away because coverage overlaps the way it was designed to.

- You didn't install my system, will you still work on it?
- Yes. About half of our repair calls are on systems other companies put in. If we can source the parts, we can fix it.
- One zone won't turn on. Is that a big repair?
- Usually not. Nine times out of ten it's a bad solenoid on the valve or a broken wire between the valve and the controller, both are same-day fixes.
- My water bill spiked. How do I know it's the sprinklers?
- Shut the system off at the controller for a week and watch the meter. If the bill drops, we look for a stuck valve or an underground leak. We can pinpoint most leaks without digging up the yard.
- Do you carry replacement heads for old systems?
- For anything Rain Bird or Hunter in the last twenty years, yes. Off-brand or 1990s-era discontinued heads sometimes have to be swapped to a modern equivalent, which we'll price before we do it.
